Do we need a new clan?

We can improve our war log record by winning wars. Forcing members to do both attacks, strick strategy. Everyone attack same is number, then do cleaning. Force top members to attack their tops and not wasting on their middles. Learning from our last war. Members should ecplain before war that they are busy to do their attacks, and we decide if we get their accounts. Our kick them temporary until war finish.
Making new clan will make us lose some members and not worth it.
